However, there were several issues that detracted from my experience. Our bathroom had a significant leak during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the staff responsiveness was lacking. I tried to address the leak but faced delays and unhelpful responses. Additionally, I noticed that the pool area wasn’t as clean as it could be, and our room wasn't serviced during our stay, leaving us with wet towels. The overall lack of attention to detail in service was disappointing. While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from improved maintenance and staff training.

Comfortable bed, lovely outdoor dining area, and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable with free wi-fi allowing me to stay connected while being 70 km from the nearest airport.

The bed was a tad too soft. every movement was like a mini earthquake! If I wanted to toss and turn all night, I would've just stayed in a bouncy castle!
